Recorded over a period of ten years, this is one of those pieces that I kept tinkering with but never quite finished. Although there are 25 choral tracks on it I still consider this to be an instrumental track. I added some refreshed vocals in February 2012 to mix in with the ones recorded about 8 years ago. Early on in the process Andy Boland added some fantastic electric guitar parts and fretted & fretless basslines.

Some technical details:

Recording began with a Roland VS880 synced to Cubase 5 VST, with many layers of vocals and guitars as well as multi-tracked synths

The audio tracks were transferred into Cubase 6 last month and additional vocals added.
